Come and enjoy horse riding in Devon with SRS Training, near Staverton, Totnes (formerly Sorley Riding School). We provide riding tuition and hacking for all ages and abilities, for locals and holiday makers, as well as training in horse care, animal care and land based studies.
We offer a relaxed and friendly environment for learning to ride, with qualified tuition from experienced instructors. Beginners and nervous riders are very welcome. Our Pony Days are ideal for pony-mad kids, who can learn how to care for as well as ride their ponies. We also offer Starter Hacks, ideal for families and groups. We have a variety of well-trained horses and ponies to suit all, from tots to adults, and at all times your safety and enjoyment is our priority.
  
We are a BHS and ABRS approved riding school, in addition to being fully licensed and insured and are an approved BHS Training Centre. We are also a Pony Club Area Centre, allowing children without their own pony to participate in all the activities the Club provides, such as rallies, competitions and tests.
We provide a loan scheme for those who want the enjoyment of having their own horse to ride and care for without all the extra work and responsibility that comes with it. We usually have some horses for sale; please see the sales page for more information.
